Marketing Director Commemorative ROSE is searching for a qualified individual for position of Senior Marketing Director. Responsibilities include aggressive fundraising, volunteer management, special event coordination, distributing brochures and flyers etc. QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE: good grades, highly organized and able to handle multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines. We offer a competitive salary. Membership Director/Public Relations Director This position will function as the official spokesperson for Commemorative ROSE, working with community and membership relations. Specific Duties include coordinating and implementing membership campaigns and active relationship building with surrounding community resulting in higher Commemorative ROSE visibility and recognition, also in charge of creating and distributing new member packets. QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE: Excellent written and verbal communications skills, Some experience in writing, project management, and coordination Marketing Specialist Commemorative ROSE is searching for a qualified individual for position of Marketing Director. Responsibilities include: Support the Marketing Director and the Membership Director. Supervise cashiers, Perform daily accounting of funds, Formulate pricing, coordinate sales promotions. Duties include: Basic janitorial duties, making sure floors are swept up, garbage is taken out, etc. Painter Seeking lead person for Team Operation. Must have some carpentry skills and willing to follow directions. Duties include: General handyman jobs, basic painting, some hammering and whatever small handyman jobs that need to be done for center and other rental units. Catering Seeking detail oriented, self-starter with strong phone and customer service skills. Duties include: In charge of food coordination for all events, making sure the menu stays within the budget, setup and preparation as well as distribution of food at events. Office Manager Commemorative ROSE is seeking an individual to provide primary administrative support to the youth members. Will be the liaison between the youth members and the staff members. Must be able to handle all general office duties and have excellent organizational skills. Duties include: maintaining and distributing calendar, Draft letters and memos and compose correspondence relating to routine communications, Process timesheets (verify validity and submit for approval and payment), Assist in development and preparation of internal and external presentations. Establish and maintain relationships with all youth staff members, Establish and maintain relationships with members of the Board and staff members. Qualified candidates will be willing to learn Microsoft Office applications; and have strong verbal and written communication skills. Entertainment Coordinator Commemorative ROSE is seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented, results oriented individual to Coordinate Entertainment at all related events. Duties include: find, manage and schedule entertainment (including live acts), show production, event management. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Courtesy Officer Commemorative ROSE is seeking high-energy, motivated individuals to keep the peace at all of our extra curricular events. Duties include: Monitor crowd during events, evict troublemakers. Must be dependable and have good people skills. Sports Director Commemorative ROSE is seeking a Sports Director. Duties include: the management of all outdoor recreation (like basketball games, football games, etc.), planning, program development, marketing and promotion, budget preparation, purchasing and evaluation. Neighborhood Beautification Director Commemorative ROSE is seeking a Sports Director. Duties include: Supervise the Landscaper/Lawn Care Specialists and the Street Technicians, make sure staff is fully equipped for duties and has all supplies they need. Landscaper/Lawn Care Commemorative ROSE is seeking a Landscaper/Lawn Care Specialist. Duties include: Installing tree shrubs, flowers, pine straw, sod, etc. maintaining turf, trees and shrubs on commercial accounts. Street Technician Commemorative ROSE is seeking a Street Technician. Duties include: make sure the streets are clean and that the trashcans are pulled back off the streets after the garbage has been collected. Photographer Commemorative ROSE is seeking a Photographer. Duties include: photographing all events and outings, work in conjunction with the Editor/Report to supply pictures for newspaper articles. Editor/Reporter Commemorative ROSE is seeking an Editor/Reporter. Duties include: Produce a quarterly newsletter reporting on all organizational events and fundraisers; obtain articles from other writers for quarterly newsletter.
